No. The costs for all required Azure Resources are paid separately. We recommend setting up a budget in Azure to keep track of costs.
All plans are invoiced at the end of each month based on actual usage during that month.
We can't give a precise number because it depends on your setup. What we can say is that we want to keep your costs to a minimum and therefore only deploy the smallest/cheapest options for the required resources. The Embedsy Portal includes a functionality to pause the Capacity when nobody is using it and to automatically start it when a user logs in. This can reduce costs drastically.
Yes! You can use the Embedsy Portal for free for 30 days — just install and start exploring. Premium features also come with a 30-day free trial.
You can pay with credit card or bank transfer.
We quote in US Dollars (USD). You can request invoicing in Euros (EUR) or Swiss Francs (CHF) — just reach out and we'll arrange it.
