What you pay Microsoft
The Embedsy Portal runs inside your own Azure subscription. The Azure resources it needs, above all the Microsoft Fabric or Power BI Embedded capacity that renders your reports, are billed by Microsoft directly and are not part of any Embedsy plan.
We cannot quote a single number because it depends on your setup, but we deploy the smallest options for every required resource, and the portal can pause the capacity when nobody is using it and start it again on the next login. For many customers that is the biggest lever on the total cost.
